My decision to transition to "Sisterlocks" has become a "Rite of Passage" for me. I am both ready and convinced that this is what my spirit has longed for. I feel more like "myself" than I have ever felt. I have connected with myself and my hair as never before. Though this transition will not be free of challenges, it is one I must embark on. So I invite you to join me as we discover another dimension of our intriguing, mysterious and beautiful natural hair.

Aw,Thanks for the mention. Your locs are growing fast! The collage idea is great. I'm 2yrs+ and still can't get a decent ponytail. It's still too thick/bulky and I daren't force all my locs in a pony(I don't want to thin them out at the root lol)
ReplyDeleteI love your blog. I am pretty pleased with the progress of my locs. I can hardly wait to reach the two year mark. Right now my locs aren't very thick but they are bulking up some. However, I don't think they will be very thick based on my hair structure. I'll just have to wait and let it do what it does naturally...right? LOL!
